The Peking Duck Skin ... Yummy ...

We are suppose to use the crepe to fold the skin and mix with cucumber and spring onions... if you wished u can add in carrots... Definately you cannot missed the Special Sause that made the UmmPH out of it !
This is the Lotus Root and Asparagus ...Seriously does not really taste so good... :(
This is the fried Duck Meat ... We use the skin for the crepe folding just now ... ( above )
